Seems like all the weight loss diets nowadays have one thing in common, they just make you focus on eating all day long. Looking around I can tell you one thing, it is not working!
In this day and age, why would a person really want to worry and obsess over what to eat all day long? I certainly don’t want to.I never enjoyed it, created an unhealthy relationship with foods, and always left me wondering “there has got to be a better way”.
Not too mention I knew my personal training clients had busy schedules as well, and adding something so complicated into their life was not going to lead to a consistent or lasting solution.
I made it my mission, to read everything there was out there and find how the body really works for weight loss.
After many espresso drinks and much time spent going through all sorts of books and research, I came up with something “very shocking”.
I found out that there is one main myth being spread out there (and I “used” to believe in it too)!
I’ve got all the studies to prove it below, because I know many won’t believe something so widespread can be so wrong.
Studies show that when total daily calories are the same, overall metabolic rate will NOT differ with changes in meal frequency or timing of meals (so much for the importance of that big breakfast).
