    It’s always summer somewhere. And with that in mind, shouldn’t your body be ready at a moments notice to spring into that forgotten bikini and get the heads turning.

    Ok people, it’s time to firm up and flab down. We’re not talking about any fad  miracle diet, or starvation and diet pills. We are talking about getting back to basics.

    Looking good in a swimsuit doesn’t have to be so hard. Proper dieting and exercise is your key to your bathing suit body. 

    Getting a Bikini Body Faster Than You Think:

    There are 2 steps that you need to concern yourself with to start seeing results.

    Step 1: The key here is having a healthy eating plan. Look, we’re all smart here, and we know the burger from the fast food joint isn’t going to be good for our diet. You need to start applying a little common sense to your eating habits

    I’m talking about your basic eating, your basic foods. I am not diving into the hidden calories on the side of the box. I am talking the difference between a candy bar and a piece of fruit. Learn to distinguish between the good foods and the bad. So, to start getting the fat burning, lets lay off the bad food and start eating right.

    Step 2: You have to focus on full body exercises. I don’t want you to spend spend hours in the gym, you are going to work simple and efficient.

    You need to incorporate aerobics with weight training for maximum effect. And to get great results you need to mix up your routines. Don’t do the same exercises all the time, mix it up a bit, the results with be outstanding. Try working a three days on one day off, or if you are really pressed for time you could do two days in a row then one day off.

    Do The Basics:

    Squats: These are the basic bending at the knees type of squats, no weights. These will tone your legs and butt.

    Arm Curls: get some dumbbells, nothing too heavy. You will use these for various exercises. % to 10 pounds will be fine. Arm curls will help define your biceps.

    Shoulder Presses: These will  define your shoulders and help build your triceps and traps.

    Bent Over Rows: These are good for your back. Your arms will also get some burn from the rows.

    Running in Place: Look, if you don’t have the time to go out for a jog or your gym doesn’t have a track, try running in place. Yeah, it sounds boring, but, it works. Listen to some music or watch the TV.

    You can mix up your running with knee ups (alternate raising your knees wile swinging your arms) and walking in place with short sprints.

    Each one of the above exercises has variations that you can use to mix things up. You can have that bikini body faster than you think. All it takes is commitment to see it through.
