Yahoo! UK News Message Boards – Diet – help which doctors wont givehi i am 23 years old and have had 2 children,
i am a size 14 and weight 11stone 6lbs and i am only 5'2. And i am upset by the way i have been treated at my doctors, i havent always been big and up until i had my first child which was when i was 18 i weighed 8stone 8lbs since having my first child i have found it so hard to loose weight, i had my second child and lost the weight i put on during pregnancy whith him as soon as i had him.
but just recently my weight has crept up i have been to the doctors who havent hepled and have just said my bmi isnt ideal but im ok and this is as far as it goes they dont offer and decent advice and wont refer me to a dietician etc….
I have tried most diets but always feel hungry every time i drink water and give it a while and i will be starving again please can someone give me advice i am at my witts end i feel disgusted with myself and have even though what is the point of things at times.please if anyone can help or give advice please do,
just to add i do , do exercise obviously i have 2 children i am always runing around after i walk about 2 1/2 miles a day sometimes more i work as a cleaner which i have heard is good exercise and do this for 3 hours a day……..help
