    There are 4 different body types for women: Apple, pear, straight or banana, & hourglass. Since you are reading this, I assume that you are probably an “apple” shaped female seeking to learn the truth about how to lose stomach fat. An apple shaped person stores their fat mostly in their upper body.

    Sadly you cannot change your body shape from apple to hourglass with diet pills or a wave of a wand. Your body shape is based on your genetics and no exercise or diet is going to change your genetics.

    There are three different types of bodies that people have: Belly fat bodies, thigh fat bodies, and everywhere fat bodies (those that hold their fat evenly everywhere.) You cannot change your genetics which means you cannot change your body type.

    The truth is that if you are someone who holds onto fat in your belly region then you can’t simply change your body type and hold your fat somewhere else and even if you could then you’d probably not like where it was anyway. The only way to get rid of that fat is to lower your body’s overall body fat percentage. This is an important concept to understand because otherwise you may waste time trying to pinpoint the fat in your stomach through ridiculous methods that simply do not work.
