Let’s face it. Diets don’t work! If you don’t have first hand experience with that notion, ask anyone who has tried and failed to lose weight a dozen times or more. The dieting merry-go-round, as I like to call it, can be brutally discouraging and frustrating, not to mention that it plummets your self esteem to an all time low! “What’s wrong with me?!” you think. “Why can’t I find the right diet, program or pill?!” And once you think have, you wonder why you can’t stick to it. Juice fasting to the resue!
There is one fundamental reason as to why you haven’t been able to loose the pounds despite your most dogged and sincere efforts. And that reason boils down to one word– TOXICITY! All disease– including excess weight– stems from the same problem. It’s the result of a build up of waste materials in the body. In fact, I often tell my clients that fat is their friend. And after the look of bewilderment dissolves from their faces, I proceed to tell them that it’s fat that’s keeping their bodies safe from the harm of toxins. Let me explain…

Picnics are fantastic because they are easy to put together, easy to clean up, and they can be as large or as intimate as you would like them. So if you are in the market to plan a picnic then dont wait, but you will want to spend a bit of time figuring out what type of picnic supplies you will want to have on hand to make it more enjoyable.
Where to sit? Depending on where you are having your picnic you will need to plan out where you are going to sit. Traditionally, most picnics take place on a blanket. They key to choosing the right blanket as part of your picnic supplies is that you want it to be durable, and most importantly washable. However, not all picnics take place on the ground. Many people take advantage of the tables and benches available at many park shelters or beaches. If this is more what you are looking for you might want to think about whether you are going to want something to cover the benches with? Do you simply want a tarp to protect your clothing, or are you looking for comfort? In that case you might want to choose a seat cushion as part of your picnic supplies.

Have you ever heard of “muscle confusion?” When muscles are confused as to what the heck is going on, they are forced to work harder. A hard-working muscle needs more energy to carry out the task. And where do muscles get energy from? Two sources, basically: food, and body fat.
Now, if you eat way to much every day, your muscles will get their energy supply from all this food, which is why an overweight person may be working out diligently seven days a week like a horse, and never lose a pound, because there are just too many beers, pizza and nachos in the picture.

In this article, I share with you how to start building your own unique wooden pen. Here is what you need:
Step 1: The first and most obvious is a lathe. Then you need a Mandrel. Between the centers of your lathe, there is a metal bar. When you are turning the pen, it?s this metal bar that keeps it in place. Next come the bushings, the purpose of this is to help your get the pen size down to what is appropriate. Then there is the drill bit, which has to be the appropriate size for the pen kit, and then you need a drill press. If you want, you can use a hand drill as long as it has a jig that is steady.
If you are going make your own blanks, you will need to utilize a table or perhaps a band saw.
