Do you know you have to select the right size for your bicycle? If you choose wrongly, not just you might suffer from long-term injuries, but you may also be costing you money buying the wrong bicycle. So, it is significant that you should choose the correct frame size in terms of investing in a bicycle, whether it’s a mountain or road type.

Typically, you’d want to look for suitable frame sizes. A lot of people would think sizing is simply a matter of raising the saddle or lowering it. However it just doesn’t work like that.

Know that a larger bike will have a longer length of tube (top). Likewise, a smaller sized bike will have a smaller length. All bicycles tend to be designed in their ideal proportions. You’d need to get the ideal size of bicycle frame for your body.

To begin with, you would have to stand with your legs apart on top of the tube (of the bike frame). This is known as straddling. For the road or racing bike, if you discover there is an inch between your crotch and also the top of the tube, then it’s the ideal size. For mountain bicycles, get a range of two to three inches of distance in between. The straddle technique is actually the more basic and popular method on the planet.

If you’ve got the financial resources and don’t mind spending more, then go for it get yourself a tailor or customized bicycle frame. You’re going to get the better dimensions and angles all personalized according to your body measurements. Occasionally, this kind of frames will make all the difference you will need when riding a bicycle.

When doubtful, consult the bike shop owner and fire him away with questions. They are professionals at their particular field and would gladly help you out. They even can advise you the right width for that handlebar and the right length for the stem.

}());

One of the most common ways to measure one’s fitness level will be examining their resting pulse rate or some can call it average heart rate.

Generally resting heart rate is a measurement of the quantity of your heart beats each minute or BPM while you’re in the resting state. The normal resting heartbeat rate is typically around 70 bpm.

Generally, athletes and people who do sports activities or workout regularly will have a lower resting pulse, as their hearts can perform really efficiently.

If your resting heart beat rate is over 80 bpm, then your heart may perhaps be working way too hard therefore you may not be in a very good condition.

And so, below are great tips to ensure that your average heart beat rate is low:

1. Exercise Regularly

This might be the most important factor as to why your heart is probably not working efficiently. Heart is like a muscle, you need to train it often. The more you train your heart, the healthier and stronger it’ll be. Any cardiovascular exercise such as running, aerobic exercises, bicycling, leaping is perfect for your heart.

2. Drink More Water

Quite simply, avoid dehydration. Water aids your the flow of blood and circulate all through the body so be sure to drink a lot of water throughout the day, particularly if you live in a hot environment.

3. Get Sufficient Sleep

Be sure you get sufficient sleep. No less than eight hours of sleep every day. Sleep is an integral part of one’s well being. Many individuals experience illnesses because of lack of sleep.

4. Loosen up

Many people are afflicted by anxiety and stress in the world we’re living these days which isn’t suitable for your heart. Take a few minutes break from anything you are doing and relax your self. Practice it on a regular basis if you’d like to keep the resting heart rate normal. Go for a massage therapy every so often if you need to.

If you are a potential massage chair buyer, then finding an unbiased review of a given massage chair can be helpful. A 100 point score means the chair and the company has achieved total excellence. The 5 categories are Warranty & Customer Service, Comfort/Ergonomics, Ease of Use, Features and Massage Therapy. The discipline of a systematic approach provides for balance help those seriously considering a massage chair. The Sanyo HEC-DR7700K is the subject of this review. This luxury shiatsu massage chair is in the $4,000 to $5,000 range.

Warranty & Customer Service: It is important that the manufacturer stand behind its product. A good gage of the company’s confidence is its warranty coverage and duration. Sanyo gives a 1 year labor, 1 year parts and 1 year in-home service. It does cover the roller mechanism for 3 years. Sanyo is well below other manufacturers in this category with its parts and labor. Sanyo recently instituted in-home service with the 1 year in-home whereas most are 90 days. Customer service is good. Sanyo has a national hot line with 24/7 service. Turnaround time on service is good. Our Rating in this category is 14.

Comfort & Ergonomics: Comfort and ergonomics are important design characteristic with a shiatsu massage chair. Sanyo designed the DR7700K to compete in the luxury class known for comfort and relaxation. This shiatsu lounger is well padded with nice upholstery. The armrests are padded and comfortable. The Sanyo DR7700K is a bit restrictive to accommodate taller users. Sanyo designed this chair for the Asian market and is importing it here without modifying it for the taller American market. The Sanyo DR7700K is a 15 in Comfort & Ergonomics.

East of Use: With the advance of electronics, the controls and features can just be overwhelming unless you work for NASA or JPL. Sanyo has made the controller fairly simple to use compared to what is out there. There are 4 automatic programs where one can select and just sit back and relax. There is one button to take you to Zero Gravity which is nice. A side panel contains many manual controls with basic controls for the massage techniques and the lower body air system. The sub-remote allows the chair to be raised or lowered and has the stiffness detector built in. Our rating in this category is 19.

Key Features: The most prominent features of the Sanyo HEC-DR7700K are the GK Rollers and the Zero Gravity Position. Sanyo designed jointed massage heads into the GK Rollers that have the capability to grip the shoulders. This GK Roller system is the first attempt by a massage chair manufacturer to bring in a third dimension to massage. The gripping action is soothing in the shoulders and neck areas. Zero Gravity is achieved by raising the knees above the heart with the chair back 170 degrees. The Sanyo HEC-DR7700K is an 18 in Key Features.

Massage Therapy: The DR7700K has 4 full body automatic courses, 5 massage speed settings and in a total combination of 83 manual massage courses. The manual massage techniques include the following: Shiatsu, Kneading, Tapping, and Kneading & Tapping. Additionally, because of the GK roller system, Sanyo offers Grip, which is a squeezing sensation. Sanyo incorporates various stretches. The DR7700K massage chair uses 24 airbags with projections that perform a shiatsu massage on the calves and an undulating sole shiatsu massage. There are a wide range of massage capabilities and the GK rollers add a critical third dimension. Our rating in this category is 19.

We just reviewed 5 categories ranging from warranty to features to ergonomics. How does the Sanyo HEC-DR7700K Based on the 5 categories the total score for the Sanyo HEC-DR7700K is a 85/100. The Sanyo HEC-DR7700K provides fairly thorough full body massage therapy. The technology is innovative and reliable. Sanyo has one of the weaker warranties providing less protection for the customer. The Sanyo HEC-DR7700K integrates some interesting features to locate trouble areas and provides good relief to the shoulders and neck. The Sanyo has most of the elements of a great massage chair, but seems to be lacking from its roots. The sensory experience missing seems to be music and with Sanyo’s background in stereos just seems odd. This is a luxury class massage chair and has solid technology, but just seems a bit incomplete. The Sanyo HEC-DR7700K is just average for the luxury class of shiatsu massage chairs.
