How much do you want to lose, and when do you want to lose it? Don’t shoot too high, but don’t shoot too low, either. Try for about two or three pounds per week, for however many weeks it will take.

Of course, it’s so much easier, and so much more enjoyable, to sit around and eat delicious food. We deserve to be happy, right? When we decide to lose weight, we’d obviously like to make it as quick and painless as possible. I know I would.

When you get out of bed in the morning, and look at yourself naked in the mirror, how do you feel? Proud? Happy? Or would you like to lose a couple pounds? Join the club. It’s a sad fact that most adults today are fat. What do we do about it?
