    Losing weight is not necessarily the goal of the Brisbane Boot Camp adventure. This is a two day weekend Brisbane womens boot camp that was designed to give its clientele an experience that lets them see what they are able to accomplish. At the end of the weekend everyone knows they have a lot more stamina than they thought.

    The imprint of this boot camp weekend will be an imprint on your memory for the rest of your life. The boot camp philosophy is that with a little persuasive assistance you will be able to reach heights you never knew you could. This is knowledge that you will take with you for years to come.

    The mission statement of the boot camp at Brisbane states that they will provide the most difficult experience as they possibly can. The intention of this is to inspire a memory that will continue to inspire for years to come. The purpose of the trainers is to encourage and assist the participants to be able to go beyond their comfort zone. This is intended to create a belief in yourself and with that belief you will be able to successful.

    Making it through the difficult weekend boot camp leaves the participant with a personal understanding of the inner strength and their physical strength as well. This is not a piece cake by can stretch of the imagination and is not for someone who wants to be pampered. The whole experience lasts for two full days of ten grueling training sessions that last for one or two hours each.

    Each one of the ten training sessions will be both mentally as well as physically challenging and will send the participant beyond their supposed limits. The trainers will assist the participant in a variety of events and give instructions on the correct methods of doing the different physical events.

    The activities involved range from problem solving to mountain climbing and jumping of the mountains. There will also be teamwork events about pulling, carrying and pushing things, getting dirty and reaching beyond fears. Some activities will be done independently but most will be teamwork but all are intended to make each person aware of the fighter they possess inside.

    The mental potentials of each person plus their physical capability will reach its highest peak. The participants will be staying in a cabin or a dormitory kind of situation or in some cases a tent. The weekend package will include a full assessment of your fitness level, good food and lots of water, a Brisbane boot camp programs t-shirt, all the training sessions and full access to the equipment plus when you have successfully completed the boot camp weekend you receive a Certificate. Dinghies will be available for hire as well.

    What happens if you are not in the best physical condition? Brisbane bootcamps will still be an adventure to remember. However, there are lots of expert trainers available and they will divide the people into groups according to level of fitness from the very fit to the not so much categories. This makes this a good experience for everyone and everyone will be able to be pushed to their absolute ultimate potential.
