Most of us find diets really exciting since they prove to be the fastest ways of knocking off our extra pounds. We are attracted to anything that claims it can help us lose 5 punds or more in a only one week.

Do these diets work? Can we actually lose weight in just a week’s time? Would it be healthy if we did?

To respond to your queries, not all diets are authentic. There are many diets that will claim to help you lose weight but some of them may not do that.

Some of them are healthy and some of them are not. As a result, decisions must be carefully weighed before you decide on a diet to follow. However diets that follow along with the principals of calorie shifting are effective and genuine. This helps you eliminate extra pounds in a way that is safe for your body.

The most famous calorie shifting diet is the ‘fat loss 4 idiots diet‘.  This diet proves why other diets are most unhealthy and proves to you a good scientific method of losing your excess fat.

Many common diets work at reducing your food intake for an extended period of time. This assists you with losing weight. Very often, you starting adding weight even while you are still following the diet. Usually the weight you lose does not last very long. This happens because our body is designed to adjust to whatever we intake over a period of time.

Your metabolism rate is proportional to the amount of fat that you burn. If your metabolism is fast, you will burn calories fast. If metabolism is slow, naturally the rate of burning calories will be slow too. Lesser the food intake, slower the metabolism. Most of these diets are all about taking in fewer calories and hence lesser calories are burnt up as well. If you binge, even for only one day, you will put on weight since your metabolism will be slow and you will not be able to burn very much fat.

Calorie shifting does not work like other diets. They have a scientific background. They realize the need to rotate the eating rountine in order to keep your metabolism high at all times. A higher metabolism means more calories will be burned. The rotation of food is encouraged. It allows the changing of what you eat from week to week. So basically you eat a new type of food every week. Your diet this week will not be the same as last week. This keeps your metabolism consistently at a high rate which will burn more calories.
