    Many nutritionists suggest you should eat at least four times per day. Others say you should fit seven meals into your day. For most people, anything within this range should do the job.

    Eating more often means that each meal should now be smaller than youre used to. You dont want to blow your calorie intake out of the water!

    Each meal you eat should contain a serving of protein rich food such as lean red meat, chicken, fish or even egg whites. Lots of fresh vegetables at each meal are also important.

    Protein rich foods tend to give you that full feeling. Because youre eating protein rich foods eat time you eat, you may even find that youre not even hungry between meals. Try to eat every 3 to 4 hours if you can. This is essential to keep your metabolism boosted.

    The best exercises to get rid of love handles

    If you want to get rid of love handles, exercise is essential. Theres no avoiding this, but the good news is that if you can put aside only 90 minutes each week, then youre giving yourself a good chance of success.

    You should combine the following two aspects into your workout program:

    1. Strength Training
    2. Cardio

    Strength training is essential for muscle growth and strength. This is another key to keeping your metabolism running at an optimum level. Your body burns more energy maintaining muscle than it does fat, so building muscle will give your fat burning results a huge boost.

    Allow at least 15 to 20 minutes for your cardio workouts. You dont have to spend hours on a treadmill, which is good news.

    Intervals are a great form of cardio where you alternate your workout intensity.

    Forget about spot training

    To get rid of love handles you will need to work for it, but with consistent effort you will see fantastic results.
